International Consulting Agency Sweden (ICAS) is a company working with Innovations and Business Development. Our net of contacts is cooperating together to attain our main object, to develop business relations, business ideas and to commercialize innovations. On our first page we have stated the substance of our net of contacts. Important for us is that we try to work on highest level when it comes to knowledge, experience and quality. Therefore we work with politicians, business managers and scientists.

ICAS is an international business development company which researches, develops, manufactures and markets innovations in areas such hydrogen and oxygen gas engineering, environmental and energy technology, waste technology, fire protection, etc. ICAS is a world wide network of partners in Europe, USA, Australia and Asia.

Customer Focus:  International Consulting Agency Sweden continually strives to improve its responsiveness to its customers, to anticipate customer requirements, and to provide world class products and services.  Customer feedback, including complaints, is managed through Our Corrective Actions Request procedure. 

Customer Service
Customer Satisfaction:  Customer visits, customer surveys, review meetings with customers and other customer communications are used to gather information on customer satisfaction.  The results of both customer satisfaction surveys and customer feedback reports are reviewed as part of Our Quarterly Business Review.
Customer Contracts:  Contract inquires are reviewed by both business and technical personnel to ensure requirements are understood and the necessary information is available to fulfill the requirements of the order/contract.   Orders are reviewed prior to acceptance to confirm the understanding of the requirements, the internal capabilities (process, quality assurance, test equipment, subcontractors, delivery), and the organization’s capacity to meet those requirements within the time required. 

Corrective Action:  Processes, inspection and test reports, supplier suggestions, internal and external audit reports, field service reports, and customer feedback are reviewed for possible corrective actions.  Corrective action requests are documented and reviewed by Our Quality Assurance.  As appropriate, corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence of non-conformances.
